During the drill.  Hannah is a great actress!

Occlusive dressing.

Packaging Emmye for transport up the hill and off the beach.

Hannah had to be packaged on her side so as not to disturb the spike.

Emmye in the litter.  She had a "spleen injury", "shoulder dislocation" and other "injuries".
Up the hill in the litter.  Not seen is the rope system used to bring her and the rescuers up safely.
End of weekend number one!

Week 2 exercise on Sears Island:
The scenario was an accident in which 7 kayakers were struck after dark by a powerboat which then sped off.  Screams and yelling was heard across the bay at Sprague's docks.  Seven victims quicly turned into eight, nine and then ten!  Which one gets treated first?  Who gets what resource? At the top of this page is the video link of this simulation.
Hannah getting made up pre drill.

Jordan, misleading the group...

John, fractured femur in a kayak!

Emmye covered up to keep the sand fleas out of her face.

Hannah in place.  Well hidden, she was missed until later in the drill.

Emmye packaged and transported off the beach.

Those pesky press reporters.  Tanya is having a "diabetic reaction."  All part of the drill!

John extricated from the kayak and packaged for transport.

Kalem has a "heart attack" at the end of the drill.

Kim kept everything documented and flowing!
