•  It has been a while since I have written (since August to be exact) and a whole bunch has happened.  We've weathered storms, delivered the first baby in the back of a Searsport ambulance, stood by at fugative and hostage situations, taught bunches of CPR classes, flung into fall (we lost miserably in the bed race, but there's always next year!) and responded to record amount of calls.  Our interfacility (hospital to hospital) transfers are increasing and our schedule is filled more than a month in advance.  For the first time, we are able to send a schedule to dispatch on the first of the month!  All of t
